Tip

One Guts To Goals Spearmint Tea teabag contains approximately 1 gram of dried spearmint. Depending on how mint-forward you’d like the dish to be, 5–10 teabags (5–10 grams) work well for a family-sized recipe.

Kitchen Tip: Guts To Goals Spearmint Tea is made from 100% pure dried spearmint, so the contents of the teabags can be used just like dried spearmint in cooking and baking.
